I root myself in the present moment

Starting today, May 22, I am offering 21 days of creativity. Not only did I release a new book last week, Spring is the perfect time to develop our innate joy in creation and our connection with the imaginal realm. Creativity isn’t simply about creative pastimes, but also about opening ourselves up to intuition, abundance, the divine feminine, and our own sacral energies. To start, it’s important to strengthen our root chakra by planting ourselves in the present moment to allow ourselves the freedom to connect with the inspiration from within.
