I Close This Month in Gratitude, Abundance, and Grace

Before we rush into the next thing, let’s pause and seal this month with softness. Gratitude grounds the nervous system. Grace widens our capacity. Abundance becomes the quiet yes that keeps flowing.

Today’s devotion is a gentle close-out ritual you can do in 10–15 minutes—perfect for your journal or altar. We’re harvesting the good, releasing what’s complete, and blessing what’s on its way.

Somatic Settle (3 minutes)

  • Orient: Name 3 true things you see/hear/feel right now.
  • Hands: One on heart, one over womb/pelvic bowl.
  • Breath: Inhale for a soft 4, exhale for 6, repeat 9 cycles.
Whisper on the exhale: “Thank you.” Feel your body soften 2% more with each breath.

Mini Ritual: The Harvest & Release (7–10 minutes)

You’ll need a small bowl (or cup), paper, and pen.

  1. Harvest (Gratitude):
On one side of the paper, write 3–7 moments from this month you’re grateful for—tiny and huge. Circle one that surprised you.
  2. Abundance (Evidence):
On the other side, list what flowed in—support, rest, ideas, clients, money, compliments, clarity. Draw a little ➕ next to anything you’d like more of.
  3. Grace (Release):
Underline one thing you’re ready to set down: a habit, belief, or pressure that doesn’t fit anymore. Fold the paper and place it in the bowl.
Say aloud: “I bless what served me, and I release what is complete.”
  4. Seal:
Hand to heart + womb. Speak: “I am guided, provided for, and at peace.”

Aligned Micro-Action (5 minutes or less)

Choose one:

  • Clean ask: Send a warm, specific request (referral, introduction, booking, help at home).
  • Overflow give: Uplift a sister’s work, leave a testimonial, or share a resource.
  • Calendar the next step: Put one 15-minute block on your calendar for the first week of next month.

Small promises kept rebuild self-trust—the true soil of abundance.

Three Questions to stir in your Cauldron

  1. Gratitude: Which three moments from this month feel like quiet miracles, and how did my body respond when I remembered them?
  2. Abundance: Where did provision show up (money, time, support, joy), and what simple action would invite a little more?
  3. Grace: What am I ready to release so I can enter next month lighter, clearer, and more receptive?

Write your answers. Then choose one 5-minute action to honor them today.

Closing Blessing

May the roots of this month drink every drop of learning and love.
May your breath carry gratitude into every cell,
your heart widen to hold the gifts already here,
and your hands know when to let go with grace.
May the river of abundance find you easily,
again and again, right on time.
And so it is.
