Womb Healing

The womb is our center of creativity, ecstasy, interrelatedness with our ancestry and progeny (both our biological and spiritual). The womb is our first home, our first taste of warmth, nurturing belonging and therefore connection. Birth or gestational trauma can skew our entire perception of the world as a safe or dangerous place. When the energy of the womb is “cut” either through trauma, sexual and emotional abuse, episiotomy, tubal ligation, hysterectomy or other surgeries, it can result in a loss of sensation, sexuality, joie de vivre, or creativity. We feel as if life has lost some of its luster and we don’t know how to get it back. By retrieving and reincorporating these energies of the womb, we can bring greater flow, balance, grief release and healing.

Sacred Feminine Energetics

Sacred Feminine Energetics is a healing modality designed to boost womb energy, promote creativity, aid in procreation, and wombanifest that which you desire in the world. I use energy healing, sound healing, Shamanic journeying, movement, meditation and other modalities and tools to help you connect with your Inner Goddess and bring her to glorious, luminous health and presence.

Creating energetic flow in the womb is like revving your creative, procreative, and other vital energies that may have been keeping your stuck in place, uncertain, lacking confidence or trapped in imposter syndrome and self-sabotage. Sacred Feminine Energetics sessions last between one hour and ninety minutes and may include movement, sound healing, crystal grids, journeying, chakra clearing, yoni steaming, or any other modality that may lead to greater energetic fluidity of womb energy.

Sacred Womb Activation is a process of assessing, awakening and recalibrating the energies of the womb in order to bring greater joy, creativity, passion, juiciness and connectedness into our lives.
