I Am Safe, Supported, and Abundantly Provided For
When safety settles in the body, receiving becomes natural. We stop bracing, soften our breath, and notice how Life is already meeting us—through people, opportunities, and quiet daily provisions. Today we practice the affirmation:
“I am safe, supported, and abundantly provided for.”
Let’s let your body feel it.
A 6-Minute Safety & Receiving Ritual
- Orient (60s): Look around your space. Name 5 true things you see (“lamp, window, plant…”). Let your eyes rest on something that feels kind or beautiful.
- Hand Placement (30s): One hand on heart, one on womb/low belly (or your creative center).
- Counted Breath (3 min): Inhale 4, exhale 6, for 9 cycles. On each exhale whisper, “I am safe.”
- Support Scan (60s): Feel the chair/floor holding you. Say softly, “I am supported.”
- Provision Check (60s): Name 3 ways you were provided for this week (a meal, a message, money, a moment of ease). Whisper, “Thank you.”
- Seal (30s): Speak the full affirmation aloud three times. Rest for one quiet breath.
The longer exhale cues safety; a safe body receives with ease.
Why This Works
- Safety → Receptivity: When your nervous system settles, options and support feel approachable—not overwhelming.
- Attention Magnetizes: Naming provisions trains your mind to notice and welcome more.
- Embodiment Leads: Hands on heart/womb anchor the mind in the body so gratitude can land.
Micro-Practices for Today (choose one)
- Provision Ledger (2 min): Write a running list titled “Ways I’m Provided For,” add three items daily.
- Ask Beautifully (3 min): Request one clear support (referral, testimonial, childcare swap, prayer).
- Resource the Body (5 min): Warm tea, soft scarf around shoulders, or a 10-lb “hug” (weighted blanket/pillow) while you breathe for 2 minutes.
Three Questions to Stir in your Cauldron:
- Where does safety already live in my body—and how can I give that place 10% more attention today?
- What support am I willing to receive this week, and from whom (or what)?
- If I trusted I’m abundantly provided for, what one choice would feel lighter and truer right now?
Optional Embodiment (1 song)
Sway slowly, knees soft. Inhale “I am held.” Exhale “I receive.” Let your shoulders drop with each exhale.
Closing Blessing
May the ground beneath you feel steady and kind.
May your breath remind your body of its belonging.
May support arrive through aligned people, perfect timing, and unexpected ease—
and may you recognize provision as it comes, with gratitude and grace.
And so it is.
