Creating a safe container in which to create allows the magic that is you to really expand in confidence and expressiveness. We create best when we feel both grounded and inspired. This happens most often when we feel secure, tethered, but able to fly free. By creating secure boundaries we are able to sustain optimal space for our creativity.
