My spirit is light, my heart is open, and my energy is clear.
There is a quality of being that cannot be forced.
Lightness of spirit is not the absence of pain.
Openness of heart is not the absence of boundaries.
Clarity of energy is not the absence of challenge.
These are not states we achieve by striving.
They are states we return to by releasing what weighs us down.
So many women live with invisible heaviness—emotional residue, inherited worries, unspoken grief, unprocessed fear. Over time, this weight accumulates quietly in the nervous system and the energy body, dimming our natural radiance. We begin to believe that fatigue is normal, that contraction is inevitable, that clarity is rare.
But your natural state is not heaviness.
Your natural state is light.
When your spirit is light, you move through life with less resistance. You stop carrying what was never meant to live in your body long-term. You remember that joy is not something you earn after suffering—it is a frequency you are allowed to inhabit now.
When your heart is open, you are not naïve.
You are brave.
An open heart does not mean unprotected. It means you trust yourself enough to feel, to love, to grieve, and to receive without closing your entire being in the process. Openness is not lack of discernment—it is the result of healed discernment.
And when your energy is clear, your life becomes simpler.
Clarity does not come from controlling circumstances. It comes from tending your inner landscape with devotion. When your energy is clear, you respond rather than react. You choose rather than comply. You move in alignment rather than exhaustion.
Light spirit.
Open heart.
Clear energy.
These are not affirmations of perfection.
They are invitations to return to your natural state.
Ritual: Clearing into Light
Find a quiet moment and stand or sit comfortably. Close your eyes and take several slow breaths.
With each inhale, imagine light entering the crown of your head and gently filling your body.
With each exhale, imagine heaviness leaving through your feet and dissolving into the earth.
Then place one hand on your heart and one on your womb and say aloud:
“I release what clouds my spirit.
I soften what closes my heart.
I clear what no longer belongs in my energy.”
Sit in stillness for a few moments and notice any subtle shifts—temperature, breath, emotion, or sensation.
Let the light settle.
